20th Anniversary of the Cayman Islands Currency Board (Silver)
In 1991 the Cayman Islands Currency Board issued a coin to commemorate the 20th Anniversary of the Cayman Islands Currency Board and its legal tender.
The coin features a magnificent cruise liner, which denotes the importance of tourism to the Cayman Islands' economy. Also depicted is the geographic outline of the three islands, Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac, and Little Cayman, with a compass and the inscription "20th Anniversary of Currency Board" with the dates 1971-1991.
