Audited Financial Statements

Holders of Companies Management Licences are required to have their accounts audited annually by an auditor approved by CIMA and submit a copy of the audited accounts to CIMA within six months of the licensee's financial year-end. 

Bi-annual Report

All licensees are required to complete the Company Managers' Bi-Annual Report  and submit it to the Fiduciary Services Division through the REEFS portal by the dates noted in the reporting schedule.
