The submission document takes the form of a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, which allows the reporting institution to use a familiar computer package and complete the information clearly. This submission may be sent through email to email@example.com.

The Authority will accept a Non-Compliant Account Form from mutual fund administrators, company managers, or corporate service providers that provide consolidated figures on non-compliant accounts of mutual funds serviced by that administrator, company manager or corporate service provider, provided that a list of the mutual funds covered by that report is included.
The NCA form is applicable to those licensees conducting insurance business as set out in the First Schedule of the Money Laundering Regulations and the business of an insurance manager, an insurance agent or an insurance broker within the meaning of the Insurance Law.
