AIX Secure SPV Ltd Not Regulated by CIMA

The Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (“the Authority” or “CIMA”) hereby issues the following public notice in response to multiple complaints received concerning references to AIX Secure SPV Ltd and its purported regulation within the Cayman Islands.

The Authority wishes to clarify that AIX Secure SPV Ltd is not, and has never been, registered, licensed, regulated, or otherwise authorised by the Authority to conduct securities investment business in or from within the Cayman Islands.

Members of the public are therefore advised to exercise caution when dealing with, or considering any involvement with, AIX Secure SPV Ltd, where representations are made concerning its regulatory status in the Cayman Islands.

Any person who has concerns or wishes to make a complaint regarding AIX Secure SPV Ltd is advised to contact the financial crime or regulatory enforcement authorities in their respective jurisdictions.
