The Banks and Trust Companies Law and the Private Trust Companies Regulations, require trusts, controlled subsidiaries and private trust companies to pay prescribed licence application / initial registration fees and annual renewal fess.
The categories of fees payable by trusts and controlled subsidiaries are set out in the Banks and Trust Companies (Licence Applications and Fees) Regulations. These regulations should be read in conjunction with the Banks and Trust Companies (Licence Applications and Fees) Regulations.
