Nominations are made by any member of CIMA and presented to the Employee of the Quarter Committee via the Human Resources Division. The committee meets on a quarterly basis to consider nominations received from colleagues for the three preceding months. Upon making the award selection, the committee ensures that the nominee(s) meets all basic requirements while considering the following contributing qualities:
