  • An individual recognition plaque

  • Name and photo displayed on a plaque located in CIMA’s reception area
  • Lunch with CIMA's Managing Director
Basic Requirements for Award Recipients
  • Must be a full-time CIMA staff member
  • Must be employed for a minimum of twelve (12) consecutive months
  • Employment level must be Chief Analyst or below
  • Self-nominations not permitted
The Process

Nominations are made by any member of CIMA and presented to the Employee of the Quarter Committee via the Human Resources Division. The committee meets on a quarterly basis to consider nominations received from colleagues for the three preceding months. Upon making the award selection, the committee ensures that the nominee(s) meets all basic requirements while considering the following contributing qualities:

  • Provides exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrates initiative or creative solutions
  • Performs extra duties beyond normal
  • Exhibits leadership and mentorship qualities
  • Demonstrates positive and professional attitude
  • Team player with strong skills
  • Respectful of CIMA's policies and guidelines
  • Good attendance

The award will be presented based on each calendar quarter i.e. March, June, September, and December.
