CIMA Launches New Careers Platform to Streamline Recruitment

The Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) is pleased to announce the launch of its new online recruitment platform, which is designed to enhance the job application experience for both internal and external candidates.

The introduction of CIMA’s new Careers platform marks an important step to modernising and streamlining its recruitment process. The new platform offers enhanced functionality, user-friendly navigation, and improved application tracking, making it easier for candidates to explore and apply for opportunities within the Authority.

Effective today, 21 November 2025, the newly launched portal will serve as CIMA’s exclusive recruitment platform. All applicants will be required to create new login credentials on the platform before submitting applications for any vacancy.

This new platform represents our continued investment in efficient and transparent talent management,” said Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer, Eric Webster. “It provides a more seamless, automated experience for applicants and supports CIMA’s goal of attracting and retaining top talent across all areas of the Authority. Beyond improving the candidate journey, the platform enhances internal workflows by reducing manual processes, increasing data accuracy, and enabling real-time insights for hiring managers. This innovation aligns with our commitment to operational excellence and positions CIMA to compete effectively in a dynamic talent market.
