Extension of Filing Deadline for MFAs

Deadline Extension for the filing of the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (“AML/CFT”) Reporting Forms

The Authority has granted an extension to the deadline for the filing of the forms AML/CFT Inherent Risks – Investments - AIR-157-26 and AML/CFT Risk Controls – Investments - ARC158-26 to 20 December 2019.

These filings are required pursuant to regulation 53(A) of the Anti-Money Laundering Regulations, 2019 and must be submitted by this date.
