Deputy Head - Information Systems Division

Appointed in January 2024, Godden Ndoro serves as the Deputy Head of IT: Software Engineering. In this role, he is responsible for shaping the Authority’s technology strategy, overseeing advanced system implementations, managing system architecture, and leading high-performing teams to deliver robust digital solutions. With extensive leadership experience and strong software engineering expertise, Mr Ndoro is committed to modernising complex systems, streamlining processes, and ensuring that technology initiatives align seamlessly with CIMA’s strategic goals.

Throughout his career, Mr Ndoro has successfully led digital transformation projects and managed diverse international teams, delivering sophisticated enterprise solutions across various sectors, including financial services, education, manufacturing, and government. His work spans multiple African countries and Australia. Recognised for his ability to align technology strategies with organisational objectives, he has effectively managed multi-million-dollar technology portfolios, driving innovation and significantly enhancing operational efficiencies

Mr. Ndoro holds an MBA, a Master of Information Technology , and a Bachelor of Electronics Engineering. Additionally, he has earned several professional certifications, including TOGAF, COBIT, PRINCE 2, ITIL, and Certified ScrumMaster.
