With over 25 years of experience in wealth management, Ms. Frederick brings deep industry expertise and strategic insight to her role as director. Throughout her career she has advised high-net-worth individuals, institutions and family offices, developing a comprehensive understanding of investment strategies, risk management, and fiduciary responsibility.

Ms. Frederick is the Head of Wealth Management at Butterfield Bank (Cayman) Limited with responsibility for leading the Asset Management and Private Banking departments in the Cayman Islands. Recognised as a thought-leader in the investment industry, she is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and has contributed to panel discussions, podcasts, and radio programs on topics ranging from financial literacy to navigating increasingly complex market environments.

Ms. Frederick holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Tampa. She is a CFA Charterholder (CFA Institute), a Financial Risk Manager (Global Association of Risk Professionals) and an Accredited Director (The Chartered Governance Institute of Canada). She is a former CFA Society Cayman Islands President and a current member of 100 Women in Finance’s Global Council.
