Termination of Struck or Dissolved Investment Entities

The Authority further advises that the following mutual fund administrators and SIBL licensee* failed to satisfy the Authority’s termination requirements in order to surrender their licenses for cancellation and effective 15 March 2018 have been removed from the Authority’s register as they were either struck off the Companies Register or have a status of “Dissolved-Voluntary”:
