Effective 01 July 2021, Mrs. Reisan Moiten was appointed Deputy Head of the Fiduciary Services Division.
In this post, she manages the day-to-day onsite and offsite operations of the Division, primarily providing support to the Head of Division, with direct guidance to Chief Analysts and the rest of the team. She has responsibility for oversight of the licensing and registration, monitoring and enforcement processes for trust companies, company managers and corporate service providers and for ensuring licensees and registrants adhere to the applicable acts, regulations and regulatory guidelines.
Mrs. Moiten brings significant financial services industry experience. She has held senior management positions with highly reputable and established financial service providers within the private sector. She possesses known expertise in Company Administration & Management, Fiduciary Services Management, Directorship and Registered Office Services, serving a multitude of diverse clients across multinational platforms.
Mrs. Moiten is an Accredited Director with the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada, holds a Master of Science Degree (1st class honours) Management Studies from the University of the West Indies. Her academic awards include Academic Director’s Prize for Best Performance from the Mona School of Business and Management. She is a member of the Cayman Islands Directors’ Association and a licensed Notary Public in and for the Cayman Islands.
