Upcoming Cayman Islands Virtual Assets Sector Survey – National Risk Assessment 2025-26

The Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (“CIMA” or “the Authority”), in collaboration with the Office for Strategic Action on Illicit Finance (OSAIF), is conducting the Cayman Islands Virtual Assets Sector Survey as part of the forthcoming National Risk Assessment (NRA). The survey seeks to gather information from entities engaged in virtual asset–related activities to improve understanding of sector-specific operations, exposures, and associated risks.

All responses will be treated as strictly confidential and used exclusively for the purposes of the NRA. No information identifying respondents will be disclosed or published.

Survey Distribution and Submission Deadline

The survey will be distributed by the Authority on 17 October 2025 with a link sent to all relevant entities from NRA_Survey@cima.ky.

The deadline for survey submissions is 24 October 2025 at 12:00PM.
