Update to Cayman Financial Sanctions Regime

The Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (the “Authority”) hereby notifies financial service providers (“FSPs”) that an update has been made to the current sanctions regime in force in the Cayman Islands. A list of sanctions orders can be found on the Financial Reporting Authority’s website.

Please note that the Authority does not guarantee that this list is accurate, complete and up-to-date. It is the responsibility of every FSP to stay abreast of any changes and comply with the sanctions in force in the Cayman Islands. Official sanctions orders, applicable in the Cayman Islands, are published in the Cayman Islands Gazette.
